Here are the new fuel prices for Wednesday’s drop

Motorists can expect much-needed relief as fuel prices are set to fall significantly on Wednesday, 5 January 2022.

The Central Energy Fund (CEF) announced on Monday, 3 January 2022 that the retail price of petrol (93) will be reduced by 71 cents per litre, while 95 will be reduced by 68 cents.

The wholesale price of diesel 500ppm will be reduced by 67.8 cents per litre, while 50ppm will be reduced by 69.8 cents.

Additionally, illuminating paraffin’s wholesale price will fall by 71 cents per litre.
