Newcastle residents are urgently requested to assist in locating 51-year-old Lana Anna Grobbelaar, who went missing on Thursday, 3 June 2025.
According to the Newcastle Community Policing Forum (CPF), Ms Grobbelaar was last seen at 2 pm at Bosco Food in the CBD on Thursday by her daughter. At the time, she informed her daughter that she was feeling unwell and intended to return home.
However, the Newcastle CPF reports that Ms Grobbelaar did not return home, raising significant concern, particularly as she suffers from epilepsy.
At the time of her disappearance, Ms Grobbelaar was wearing a brown jacket adorned with a Shell badge on the back, blue jeans, and black takkies.
