Four dead and six injured in collision on N11, Ladysmith

Four people killed and six injured, following a three-vehicle collision on the N11 in Ladysmith on Sunday, 25 April 2021.

According to ER24, paramedics arrived on the scene at approximately 6 am, along with KZN EMS, and the SAPS.

Upon further assessment, four people were found to have sustained fatal injuries. Unfortunately, they were sadly declared dead at the scene by paramedics, one of which was a child. 

Six others, of which two were children, sustained injuries ranging from moderate to critical. ER24, as well as KZN EMS and another medical service, treated the patients before transporting them to hospital for further medical care.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known to the paramedics.
