Newcastle police are currently investigating the murder of a 90-year-old man, who was killed at his home on Elm Street, Arbor Park.
Prior to his murder on May 1, another Arbor Park resident allegedly saw two unknown men talking to the elderly man.
According to the Newcastle Police Station’s communications department, the deceased’s body was found tied up in his home. The perpetrators had stolen his cellphone, his motor vehicle and his television.
