Determined to bridge the gap and educate residents about their operations, Evotel recently opened its doors to the Newcastle community, offering them an inside look into its world.

For those unfamiliar, Evotel stands as an open-access fibre network operator, managing the fibre infrastructure that enables local internet service providers (ISPs) to deliver high-speed internet services to homes and businesses.

On Saturday, 16 March 2024, Evotel took the initiative to host a Town Hall Day at Huttenpark Primary School. This event served as a platform to introduce the community to Evotel’s range of packages and services tailored to both the business sector and individual residents. However, the day went beyond mere promotion, embodying Evotel’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

The event featured various contractors and ISPs, including the likes of Crazy Web, on hand to address any queries from residents regarding connecting with Evotel and its affiliated ISPs. Moreover, Evotel demonstrated its dedication to swift resolution by deploying a responsive team ready to address and repair any reported issues promptly.

Introducing the community to their field sales teams, Evotel made it clear that they were ready to integrate themselves fully into the fabric of Newcastle. Notably, Evotel’s Marketing Manager Nadia Smith explained that the company’s Internal Sales agents would be distinguishable by their teal attire and would be able to engage with community members and address their concerns directly when required.

Amidst the vibrant atmosphere at Huttenpark Primary School, General Manager Bradley Bekker underscored Evotel’s unwavering commitment to becoming an indispensable part of Newcastle.

He assured that Evotel would always uphold its standards to ensure residents received the best possible service.

Furthermore, the day served as a testament to Evotel’s dedication to providing top-notch services and fostering community engagement.

As Evotel continues to shape Newcastle’s internet landscape, it’s essential to hear from you, the community.
