Racing enthusiasts, it’s time to brace yourselves for a weekend of high octane fun at Newcastle Raceway Club’s monthly event.

While the winter season is easing in, bringing cooler nights, the Oval Track is sure to fire spectators up, with is racing event taking place on Saturday, June 2.

The adrenaline fuelled event will see racers participate in an array of divisions, each driver vying for the win.

While cheering for your favourite racer is sure to warm you up at the event, don’t forget to bring your braai along. The soothing fire, the roaring sound of cars and good company is sure to make the event a memorable one.

Racing starts at 2pm, with the gates opening at 6pm.
