As the school year comes to a close, Grade 12 learners from St Dominics Newcastle participated in an age-old tradition at the school. That of the Bell Ringing Ceremony.
Following their final examinations, the Grade 12 learners were met by fellow school learners, teachers and parents who came to witness the momentous occasion. A moment which sees the learners transition from school life to tertiary education and the adult world.
As the matriculants wait for their matric results, the Bell Ringing Ceremony is one of laughter and joy, where the learners brace themselves for a new journey as they prepare to bid farewell to their beloved school; St Dominics Newcastle.

Orientation Day at St Dominics Newcastle
St Dominics Newcastle recently held its orientation day. This is an event which welcomes new learners entering St Dominics Newcastle while giving its older learners an idea of what to expect in 2020 as they move on to their next Grade.
The event was found to be an educational event, leaving parents and learners with a sense of excitement for the upcoming year.
