Drakensberg Primary School has much to be proud, regarding learners excelling academically as well as dedicated staff members who are an invaluable part of the school’s family.

On Friday, July 26, the school thanked three of its staff members for dedicating two decades of service to the school.

Enza de Jager began her career with Drakensberg Primary 20 years ago. She is in charge of making copies, overseeing the sickroom and the children who are in need of some medical assistance, as well as running the school’s clothing shop.

For the past twenty years, Eunice Sibisi has showered children with love. Working in the Pre-Primary section of the school, she handles a lot of what happens within the pre-primary section. Such is the passion for her career, she has received her Early Childhood qualification to ensure the little Drakies receive the best possible care.

Maria Mlangeni is the tea-lady and assists in cleaning the classrooms in the senior phase. Over the past 20 years, she has given it her all for the benefit of the school and its learners.
