Breaking away from the school ground setting, Curro Mount Richmore hosted a golf day dedicated to its respective families and friends.
Taking place at Simbithi Country Club Golf Course on 9 September 2021, the event proved to be perfectly executed, with 100 players taking to the fairways.
Making the event even more remarkable was the fact that Indlovu Construction and North Coast Skip Hire stepped up as the main sponsors of the day. In addition, MedBond Organisation, an investment banker and insurance specialist and parent at the school, sponsored golf shirts for all of the day’s players.
Furthermore, all 18 holes were set up by sponsors such as CMH Ballito, KTM, RotoTank, Harcourts, UnTouchables Dads rugby, to name but a few.
To edge the participants on, an array of incredible prizes was up for grabs at the prize-giving, from vouchers and wine to golf bags and hampers.
At the end of the day, the prize-giving saw families arriving to congratulate their spouses’ achievements, creating a fun-filled atmosphere and a sense of camaraderie. The day’s activities were further enhanced by the fact that Simbithi Country Club hosted the prize-giving, serving first-rate food with excellent service, down to the smallest detail, such as shoes being cleaned and polished, a hot shower, and friendly waiting staff.
Following the successful golf day, Curro Mount Richmore and its families look forward to future endeavours, uniting them even further.
