Newcastillian

Under a beautiful blue sky, surrounded by the exquisite Drakensberg mountains, 60 golfers made their way to Vulintaba Golf Course on Saturday, April 13.

The aim of the day, to participate in the St Dominics Newcastle Parent Advisory Committee Fund Raising Golf Day.

With an atmosphere of camaraderie and sportsmanship prevailing, the day proved to be a major success.

Golfers enjoyed the watering holes, socialising and a day spent soaking up a great round of golf, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The winners of the golf day are Louis Kruger and Patrick Gregory. Their prizes are golf bags donated by BMW, the day’s main sponsor.

While golfers had a great day on the greens, their families enjoyed the day hiking and cycling on Vulintaba’s scenic trails.

The day was thoroughly enjoyed by all and St Dominics Newcastle extends a heartfelt thank you to all who made the day possible.
