Embarking on a brand-new adventure, scores of children began their school careers today, January 9. Finally, the time has arrived to join big school.

Going to Grade 1 is an exciting time for children. Offering children, the opportunity to meet new friends, learn new things and to officially begin their academic careers. It is also a time filled with mixed emotions, as children find themselves in a new environment, bidding farewell to pre-school.
