KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thamasanqa Ntuli has unveiled the KwaZulu-Natal Secondary Cities Network, identifying Newcastle, Richards Bay, Ladysmith, Kokstad, Pietermaritzburg, and others as growth hubs to decentralise development beyond Durban and stimulate regional economies.
