While many of the provincial dams maintain healthy water levels, some require replenishment.

  • Albert Falls Dam’s water levels remain unchanged this week, standing at 100.2%.
  • Bivane Dam sees its water levels remain unaltered at a steady 101.2%.
  • Craigie Burn Dam’s water levels stand at 100.3% this week, a slight difference from the previous week’s reading of 100.4%.
  • Driel Barrage Dam, according to the DWS, remains unaltered this week at 96.7%.
  • Goedertrouw Dam’s water levels recorded an insignificant decline, dropping from last week’s 97.3% to this week’s 96.8%.
  • Hazelmere Dam’s water levels remain unchanged at 83.6%.
  • Hluhluwe Dam saw its water levels drop to 99.4% from last week’s 99.9%.
  • Inanda Dam remains unchanged, with the DWS reporting that the dam’s water levels are currently at 101.2%.
  • Klipfontein Dam reported an insignificant decline in its water levels, dropping from last week’s reading of 99.3% to 98.2%.
  • Mearns Dam saw its water levels drop from last week’s 106.2% to this week’s 104.7%.
  • Midmar Dam’s water levels are currently at 98.2%, as compared to last week’s 99.3%.
  • Nagle Dam’s water levels have seen a significant decline, dropping from last week’s 98.2% to this week’s reading of 91.3%.
  • Newcastle’s Ntshingwayo (Chelmsford) Dam sees its water levels standing at 77.6% this week, as compared to the previous week’s reading of 78.2%.
  • Pongolapoort Dam’s water levels remain unchanged this week at 86.4%.
  • Spioenkop Dam is currently at 100.2%, as compared to last week’s reading of 100.1%.
  • Spring Grove Dam, according to the DWS, remains unchanged this week at 100.4%.
  • Wagendrift Dam’s water levels are at 100.3% this week, a slight difference from the previous week’s reading of 100.8%.
  • Woodstock Dam’s water levels remain unaltered at a steady 101.1%.
  • Zaaihoek Dam, as per the DWS, is currently at 90.6%.
