Therefore, let’s explore what’s in store for the three Northern KZN towns.

Friday, 15 March 2024:

Newcastle: The town can expect an overcast but warm day. Temperatures are forecast to reach a high of 32°. Nighttime temperatures are expected to drop to a cooler 13°.

Ladysmith: AccuWeather predicts a warm day for Ladysmith with temperatures expected to hit 33°. Nighttime temperatures are forecast to drop to 14°.

Dundee: A warm day with a mixture of sunshine and cloud cover can be expected in Dundee. Temperatures are forecast to reach 30°. The nighttime temperatures are expected to drop to 15°.

Saturday, 16 March 2024:

Newcastle: Residents should prepare for an extremely hot day with blazing sunshine. Temperatures are expected to soar to 36°. Nighttime temperatures are forecast to drop to a cooler 17°, with showers expected in some areas.

Ladysmith: Residents can expect a sunny and extremely hot day. Temperatures are forecast to reach 36°. Nighttime temperatures are predicted to drop to 16°.

Dundee: A sunny and hot day is expected in Dundee. Temperatures are forecast to reach 34°. The evening will be cooler, with temperatures dropping to 16°.

Sunday, 17 March 2024:

Newcastle: Sunday isn’t expected to be as hot as Saturday. Temperatures are forecast to reach 30°. Nighttime temperatures are expected to drop to 17°. Scattered showers and occasional rainfall are expected during the night.

Ladysmith: A pleasant day is in store, with temperatures expected to reach 29°. The nighttime temperatures are forecast to drop to 16°. Showers are expected in some areas during the night.

Dundee: A cooler day is expected for the town, as temperatures are expected to peak at 27°. The evening temperatures are forecast to drop to 16°.
