Friday, 15 September 2023:

Newcastle: AccuWeather forecasts a blazing Friday for Newcastle residents. Temperatures are expected to soar to 31° with an unhealthy 8 on the UV index expected on the day. An unhealthy UV index of 8, according to the Kool-a-Sun UV index, poses a very high risk of harm from unprotected sun exposure. While daytime hours promise to be scorching, nighttime temperatures are set to drop to 12°.

Ladysmith: Residents can also anticipate a very warm Friday, with temperatures forecasted to reach 33° and a UV index of 8 predicted. Nighttime temperatures are expected to dip to a cooler 11°.

Dundee: Daytime temperatures in Dundee are forecasted to reach 31°, and like Newcastle and Ladysmith, the UV index is expected to peak at 8. However, nighttime temperatures are expected to remain at a milder 14°.

Newcastle: Residents can look forward to a slightly cooler Saturday. Temperatures are projected to reach 29°. AccuWeather notes that the UV rating for the day will stay at 8. Nighttime temperatures are expected to be around 10°, with increasing cloud cover in the evening.

Ladysmith: The town’s hot weather continues on Saturday, with temperatures expected to reach 32°. The UV index maintains an unhealthy 8 for the day. Nighttime temperatures are predicted to drop to 10°.

Dundee: Residents can expect a sunny Saturday, as temperatures are forecasted to reach 31° before dropping to 9° at night.

Newcastle: Sunday’s daytime temperatures are predicted to peak at 27°, accompanied by low clouds, before cooling down to 10° at night.

Ladysmith: Residents can expect a cooler Sunday in Ladysmith. The temperature is forecasted to reach 23°, dropping to an even cooler 8° at night.

Dundee: Residents should prepare for a cooler and cloudier Sunday, with AccuWeather predicting occasional morning rain and drizzle. This will be followed by afternoon showers in some spots. With the promise of rain offering relief from the heat, daytime temperatures are forecasted to reach 19° before falling to 10° in the evening.
