A frantic search operation is currently underway to locate a two year old girl from Vryheid, KwaZulu-Natal. As a result, law enforcement authorities are appealing to the public for assistance in reuniting the toddler with her family.
Missing Children South Africa pointed out that the search efforts were initiated after little Noluthando Minathi Xaba went missing on 25 July 2023 from her residence at the Alpha Homestead in Hlobane, Vryheid.
The organisation noted, “Noluthando was last seen standing at the gate of her home by her neighbour.”
According to the South African Police Service (SAPS), shortly before her disappearance, Noluthando was also seen by her grandmother playing with friends from their local neighbourhood.
Both the SAPS and Missing Children South Africa have confirmed that at the time of her disappearance, Noluthando was wearing a green t-shirt and pink pants. Despite extensive efforts, no further information has been documented.
Nearly two months have passed since her disappearance, compelling Missing Children South Africa and the SAPS to issue an urgent plea to the public for assistance in locating the missing toddler.
With the search for the two year old taking a desperate turn, both Missing Children South Africa and the SAPS are determined to reunite Noluthando Minathi Xaba with her family, who are anxiously awaiting her return.
