Two vehicles collide at John Parks Road and Drakensberg Drive intersection

A collision took place at the intersection of John Parks Road and Drakensberg Drive on Wednesday afternoon, May 17, 2023.

Eyewitnesses at the scene have reported that two vehicles collided after 3 pm, although the exact cause of the crash remains unclear. Reports requesting medical assistance were made at approximately 3:30 pm.

A paramedic present at the scene has confirmed that two individuals sustained injuries in the incident. Fortunately, neither of them suffered severe harm.

Emergency personnel and traffic officers are currently at the location, urging caution among motorists travelling along the road.

Motorists are advised to refrain from rubbernecking and parking alongside the road to watch the emergency response activities.
