R100 000 reward for wanted murderer, have you seen him?

Incentivising the public to ensure justice is served, the South African Police Service (SAPS) is offering R100 000 reward for a suspect wanted for murders committed in both Northern KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.

Police spokesperson Colonel Dimakatso Sello explained that Gauteng Police have issued the reward to anyone who can come forward with information leading to the Mbuso Ndabazovela Biyela arrest and conviction.

Biyela is wanted on multiple murder charges that took place between 2017 and 2022 in Nquthu, Northern KZN, as well in Jabulani and Lenasia, Gauteng.

Supplying a photograph of Biyela, Colonel Sello noted, “The suspect is tall, light in complexion, and deemed armed and very dangerous.”

Anyone with information that can lead to Biyela’s arrest and conviction is urged to call Major General Mbuso Khumalo on 082 555 8642, and Colonel Friccah Masilela on 082 822 7270, or the Crime Stop number 08600 10111.

Moreover, Colonel Sello pointed out, “Tip-offs can also be submitted via the My SAPS App. All received information will be treated as confidential.”
