The suspect was found with four whole mandrax tablets, two quarters of mandrax tablets and one half of a mandrax tablet. This was followed by another two men, also from Section A, being arrested at a house in Section A, where the SAPS recovered ten whole mandrax tablets.

Two men in Section A were also taken into police custody after they were found with heroin. According to Arumugam, the first of the two men was found with 13 parcels of heroin, and a further nine packets were recovered from the second suspect.

Additionally, a man was also taken into custody after police recovered four parcels of heroin, one full mandrax tablet and half of a mandrax tablet. With the local law enforcement clamping down on drugs, how do you feel the drug trade can be combated in the area?
