Allen Street is currently closed off for traffic, following a collision involving four vehicles.
According to an official on the scene, the exact cause of the collision is unclear. But it is speculated that a motorist travelling in a BMW lost control of their vehicle. In the process, the vehicle allegedly collided into other vehicles.
At present, the exact number of injured people cannot be confirmed. Nor the extent of their injuries. However, an official source claims there is one fatality.
Emergency personnel are on scene and the incident is subject to further investigation.
