The Newcastillian to launch The Powerful Mother series
Nothing can compare to a mother’s love, her soft embrace and heartfelt words of encouragement.
Sacrifice is a word which every mother knows all too well, pushing her own needs and wants aside in exchange for her children’s happiness.
It is not often a mother is thanked as she silently works in the shadows, ensuring her child reaches his or her full potential.
But no mother will ever ask for any thanks, because that is not why she does what she does.
A mother does what she does, because she knows the most important thing in her world, is her child.
Despite mothers shrugging off any attention bestowed upon them, they deserve to be acknowledged.
After all, mothers are the true superheroes in this world
Because what they do, The Newcastillian is starting a campaign where we focus on the moms in our community.
Each week, we would like to do an article on a special mom.
A mother who ensures her children get to school on time, packs lunches, kisses the bumps and bruises better, helps with their child’s schoolwork and extra-curricular activities.
We want to write about the moms who dedicate their lives to their families.
